Export Division Introduction
The Export Division of the Social Security International Trading Company leverages experienced and specialized personnel, supported by the subsidiaries of the Social Security Organization (such as the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Investment Company, Pharmaceutical Investment Company, Cement Investment Company, Sadr Investment Company, Saba Investment Company, and others). All these subsidiaries comply with various national and international standards. By implementing strategic and targeted policies, the Export Division has successfully expanded its presence in global markets.
Respect for customers, adherence to commitments, consistent presence in target markets, a wide variety of export products, maintaining product quality, and eliminating export intermediaries as part of a strategic sales approach are key factors contributing to the success of the export management. These strategic pillars have facilitated the company’s efforts to increase the presence of its subsidiaries’ products in global markets.
Objectives
- Expand economic relations with foreign countries to better identify target markets and diversify marketing efforts for subsidiary products
- Establish and enhance connections with embassies and economic counselors of the Islamic Republic abroad
- Develop extensive relations with economic counselors and export sector leaders in national and target countries’ chambers of commerce
- Coordination with all customs offices nationwide (for export goods clearance)
- Liaison with all border terminals
- Direct communication with factory managers
- Interaction with representatives of governorates at border terminals
- Access to end-user buyers
- Possession of loading and unloading terminals at Imam Khomeini Port
- Efficient and reliable loading and unloading services
- Fast logistics from origin to destination via air (Cargo Homa and Aseman, etc.), land (Abadan Transport Company and subsidiary factory transport companies, etc.), and sea (by the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines, a subsidiary of the Social Security Organization)
- Possession of facilities and specialized personnel in target markets
